Days #109 - 1/31/98

You might be wondering why my entries have been scattered lately. I guess there's no particular reason. I mean to update everyday but there hasn't been much happening on the job front and I don't want to bore you with trivialities. I'd like to hope when I do write an entry, it's worth reading.

Here's a quick unemployment tip: Wanna make a few quick dollars? Switch long distance companies!

Yesterday in the mail, AT&T sent us a check for $100 dollars if we would switch. Plus, they'd pay the switching fee. AND if I'm unhappy, I can switch back at any time. DUH! That's sort of a no-brainer! So, I called the toll-free number, got the "special code" to write on the check and deposited it.

And I'll tell you this: if some OTHER long distance company offers me some cash....I'm switching to THEM right away.

That's right, I'm a phone-whore. Long distance slut. I'm "easy" when it comes to dialing.
