Day #87 - 1/9/98 - 12:50 PM

DUH!

I can't believe what I did today. Ya ever get up and go to work only to realize it's Saturday and you don't have to work? I did something like that today. I thought for sure I was scheduled to do 10am - 2pm today at my part-time gig. I got up this morning, went online, did some prep, drove into work...and DUH: wrong day! I don't usually screw up like this and I even had the RIGHT days and times on my computer.. Turns out I was thinking tomorrow was today and blah, blah, you know the rest. Boy, did I feel dumb!

Oh, good news: I'm using my extra time for another self-enriching project. Beginning Monday evening, my wife and I are going to take some country line-dancing lessons from the county Rec Department. Yeehaa!

See that? If I wasn't qualified to do a Country morning show before, I damn well will be in a few weeks. (You Country PDs take note of that.)
