Holiday Safety Tips

The holidays are upon us.  For many that means parties and gift buying. It is also one of the most dangerous times of the year for home and personal disasters from id theft to Christmas lights causing a fire to car jackings to accidents on the road.  Over 2 million families will face some form of disaster over the holidays.  What steps should one take to avoid these holiday disasters?  How can they be avoided?  What are the most common types of holiday disasters?

Able to answer that is Norris L. Beren, the Executive Director of the Emergency Preparedness Educational Institute and the author of "When Disaster Strikes Home".  Mr. Beren has a list of the 12 most important steps that people should take to ensure a safe holiday.  He has appeared on MSNBC, CNN, and the FOX News Channel and in the New York Times, Baltimore Sun, and Dallas Morning News for his expertise.

Would you be interested in interviewing him to discuss how to survive the holidays?
Thanks for any consideration.
