3rd Annual Top Ten Celebrity Get Off Your Ass List!

Nationally recognized fitness expert and author Marty Tuley is back... and once again he has his sites firmly set on fat, lazy celebrities.
(Lawrence, Kansas) - This year's number one celebrity most in need of a little Get Off Your Ass! help goes to a politician who lately has tried to avoid the media, not be its focus.  Political problems aside, this year's number one spot occupant, Karl Rove, is no poster child for physical health either. Seems Karl has as much a problem keeping his mouth shut at the dinner table as he does professionally.

Marty Tuley, who calls himself "The Eminem of Fitness", is back with his third annual list and once again he says there were no shortages of quality contestants.  Besides Karl Rove, Tuley names:

2. Star Jones -  The way I see it, as Star keeps expanding, she can just change her celestial name to accommodate her size: planet, universe, galaxy, etc.

3. Caroline Rhea -  The host of the Biggest Loser is damn near contestant level herself!

4. William Shatner - Captain Kirk not only knows space but these days, he's occupying a great deal of the stuff himself.

5. Alicia Keys - Alicia needs to push herself off the piano and away from the dinner table and spend a few minutes a day reeling in those hips and thighs.

6. Jason Whitlock - I like Jason's sports writing style; he's unforgiving and passionately opinionated.  He also happens to be built like a toad.

7. Alec Baldwin -  One thing is for sure, you can't blame your ballooning carcass on Kim's senility.

8. Vince Gill - Yee-hah cowboy.  I sure feel sorry for your horse.

9. Tara Reid - Tara's right where I put Paris Hilton last year and Britney Spears the year before - young girls resting on their laurels and momentarily eluding Father Time.

10. Bill Murray -  Would it kill ya to pick up a weight?

Tuley is a published fitness author whose work appears in fitness magazines. He is also the author of "Get Off Your Ass, The definitive guide to losing weight, eating healthy, and living longer for REAL people" -- available in bookstores everywhere.  Regardless of whether he's working with a professional athlete or housewife, Tuley spouts the same message, "It's not
about the magic pill or routine, it's still about dedication and plain ol' hard work.  Get used to it."
